Commission Minutes
Commission Minutes fulfills the Clerkâs Constitutional responsibility as ex-officio Clerk to the Board of Charlotte County Commissioners by attending, audio taping, and providing summarized minutes of all meetings, workshops, and public hearings as well as serving in the appeal and hearing process to the Value Adjustment Board and Special Magistrates.
Documents approved by the Board are indexed, processed, and utilized as a basis for the centralized data repository. The information is compiled from minutes and indexes of resolutions, ordinances, grants, agreements, bids, references, and miscellaneous files from 1921 to the present.
